FARMERS MARKET

The Farmers Market will return on Wednesdays starting this October.

 

INDEPENDANT CONTRACTOR

The Lakes Park Enrichment Foundation, (LPEF), is seeking an independent contractor, to assist the Board and the Committees in managing the business of the Foundation.

LPEF is a non-profit organization incorporated in the State of Florida under Chapter 617 of the Florida Statute and located at Lakes Park, 7730 Gladiolus Drive, Fort Myers, FL 33907.    The Foundation’s efforts are directed toward enhancing the park’s amenities resulting in a continually improving park experience for visitors. The current primary focus is the expansion of the Botanic Garden and the addition of a Children’s Discovery Garden.

Contractor’s main responsibilities include Directing Marketing Efforts and Publications, Maintaining Organizational Documentation, Managing Events, Obtaining bids and Preparing Budgets, Securing New Sponsors and Raising Funds for the Organization, Maintaining the Foundation’s Web Site and Working with County Volunteer Coordinator to secure, train and assign LPEF Volunteers.
